Return Eligibility & Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original and unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact sonyroyyy@gmail.com within 30 days. We will provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at no cost.

Return Shipping Costs

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
