Many of our products are made in small workshops rather than factories producing thousands of identical pieces. This slower process is what makes them sustainable Nepalese craftsmanship—allowing skill and individuality to remain part of every product.

Environmentally Conscious Handmade Products.

Wool felt and Lokta paper are two examples of materials with strong connections to sustainable Nepalese craftsmanship. Lokta paper is made from harvested bark of the Daphne plant, allowing the plant to regenerate rather than requiring the tree to be cut down—responsible sourcing built into the material itself.
